Part Three: Pranayama & Pratyahara
These are the third and fourth limbs of the Yoga practice. Pratyahara is withdrawal of the senses, or sense transcendence. It’s used to make a conscious effort to draw our awareness completely to ourselves, away from external stimuli. Pranayama can fit into that category since it's a set of techniques to control the breath & help you recognize the connection between the breath, mind & emotions.
