Part Two: The Niyamas
The Niyamas are the second half of Yoga’s guidelines to living a mindful, ethical life. They’re five personal practices for you & your daily life. When practiced, they help awaken the warrior within by causing a stirring of things inside of you for you to then observe, study, learn & grow from. The Yamas & Niyamas have helped me grow immensely as a person & I can’t wait to share their teachings with you in this workshop at Vikriya Lab!
