Years of research have proven that being outside even for 15 minutes a day can improve mental health; they’ve also proven that a regular yoga &/or meditation practice can do the same! So this Labor Day, come have some fun, get mindful & meet new people on a yoga & outdoors retreat in beautiful Northeast Pennsylvania!

From the evening of Friday, August 30th to the morning of Monday, September 2nd, you’d get to enjoy:

A stay in your own bed or a shared bed in a shared room at an awesomely decked out mountain chalet!

Three healthy & tasty home-cooked meals per day

Morning Vinyasa yoga classes to help wake you up & get you ready for the day

Evening Yin yoga classes to help you wind down after full days

On day one, a guided forest bathing, earthing & meditation experience in Ricketts Glen State Park

On day two, a gorgeous 21-waterfall hike through deeper parts of Ricketts Glen

Free parking on the property

All yoga classes & experiences are TOTALLY optional! So if you bring a friend, family member or partner who doesn’t practice yoga or you just don’t feel like doing it or any other activity at whatever time, you can skip it with no worries! You would both still have to pay the retreat price in full, but there are also tons of other options like staying in to enjoy the views from the chalet or enjoying it’s amenities like the hot tub, pool table, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m a beginner. Will I be able to do your classes? YES! Alignment is one of my specialties, so no matter where you are in your practice, you can feel good knowing you’re safe/stable in your body & you’ll know exactly where to go. Also, again, ALL classes are optional! So you don’t hav to do them if you don’t want :)

I really want to come, but I’m kind of afraid to come alone… It’s totally normal to feel that way! But don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game, as they say. Even if you come on your own, I’m very sure you’ll make new friends to explore the island with (we also have some group excursions planned!), awesome memories & you’ll leave having made great progress in your personal yoga journey!

What are Forest Bathing & Earthing? Forest bathing is a meditative experience in which you use all five senses to more wholly & completely connect with nature. Earthing comes as a part of that! It’s simply walking barefoot through woods, forests & streams to truly feel grounded in your place on the Earth.

This sounds amazing! But it’s a little expensive… Are there any other payment options? I’m a believer that experiences like this should be accessible to all, so fill out the contact form here & we can talk about some other options for sure :)

I really hope you’ll decide to join! It’s going to be a truly amazing experience & your energy would add so much to the retreat. Head here if you’d like to sign up or if you have any questions that I didn’t cover here! Look forward to hearing from you!
